The history behind this picture is somewhat unclear in my mind. The whole setup for the shoot was supposed to be erotic photography, and somehow, we ended up with glamour portraits.

The dark fur coat sets off her pale skin perfectly. And the way her hair covers one eye really enhances the look of the other one. The color of her hair brings out her lips better as well. I really don't think that there is a thing I'd change about this shot!
